Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Philadelphiaintelligence Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use philadelphiaintelligence.living. That includes people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To help, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@philadelphiaintelligence.living, and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What Is Wrong
We welcome your feedback. Email contact@philadelphiaintelligence.living and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
